    – 2 cloves minced garlic

    – 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

    – Salt and pepper to taste

    – Fresh herbs (such as thyme or rosemary)

    Instructions:

    1. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and herbs to create a marinade.
    2. Place the chicken breasts in the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Marinate for at least an hour (or up to overnight) in the refrigerator.
    3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Once heated, remove the chicken from the marinade and grill on each side for about 5-7 minutes or until cooked through.

    5. Slow-Cooked Halal Lamb Stew:

    – 2 pounds halal lamb meat (cubed)

    – 2 cloves garlic (minced)
